Returns of unused merchandise will be credited to the account with no restocking fees if return is requested within 30 days of original transaction. A small restocking fee may apply thereafter.
What is the company policy regarding special orders?
All special orders are processed once the customer approves the special order quote with payment made in advance as per terms of the quote. The sales are final and cannot be returned.

What is the policy for merchandise with concealed damage?
Returns of concealed damaged merchandise will be accepted if we receive notification of such damage within 24 hours of purchase. All items that are inspected prior to leaving the store will not be accepted as a damaged return. All items that are inspected on receipt of delivery will not be accepted back as a damaged return. Such excluded damages are deemed abuse and are not our responsibility.
Who handles warranty repairs of machines and power tools?
We don’t take responsibility to repair machines sold in good working condition that malfunction or get damaged. It is the users’ responsibility to contact the manufacturer for a warranty repair. We cannot take the machine back and send it to the manufacturer on your behalf.
